Custom SaaS Development
From architecture to production, we build SaaS products that are meant to last.
We design, build, and ship SaaS products end-to-end — technical architecture, full-stack development, and deployment — for teams that need an engineering partner who owns delivery, not just staff augmentation.
How it works
From first call to working software
- 1ArchitectTechnical decisions made and explained up front.
- 2BuildFull-stack development, delivered incrementally.
- 3HardenAuth, billing, deployment, and CI/CD from day one.
- 4LaunchShip to production, not to a demo environment.
- 5SupportPost-launch iteration and monitoring.
Fit
Who this is for
Good fit
Teams with a validated idea or an existing product that need a technical partner who can own delivery — from a founder who isn’t technical and needs a real engineering partner, to a company replacing an outgrown MVP with a production-grade rebuild.
Not for you if
Not a fit if you need a no-code prototype validated in a week — we build things meant to run in production for years, which takes longer than a weekend build, by design.
Why Bitsoven
Bitsoven vs. the default approach
| Typical dev shop | Bitsoven | |
|---|---|---|
| Who builds your software | Account manager + rotating contractors | The engineers who scoped it, start to finish |
| Technology choices | Whatever's trending | Chosen for the problem, explained in plain terms |
| Own products | Rarely ships their own software | Runs its own SaaS on the same stack and standards |
| Code visibility | Closed process until delivery | Some work is open source — inspect quality before hiring |
Questions
FAQ
How involved do I need to be during the build?
As involved as you want to be, but we do need your input where it matters: priorities, your knowledge of the domain, and feedback on what we deliver. Work is delivered incrementally so you see progress along the way, and you work directly with the engineers building it, not a layer of account management.
Do you take equity, or only cash engagements?
Our starting point is a paid engagement. If you're considering something different, such as equity, mention it when you contact us and we'll talk it through.
What happens if scope changes mid-project?
Scope changes are normal. We talk through what the change affects and what it means for the plan, and agree on the way forward before moving ahead. Delivering in increments keeps those changes manageable.
Who owns the code and infrastructure after launch?
You do. We build to hand off cleanly, whether or not we continue supporting it afterward.
What if we already have an existing codebase?
We can audit and continue building on an existing system rather than requiring a rebuild — see Technical Consulting if you’re not sure which you need.
Have a SaaS product that needs to actually ship?
Tell us where you’re stuck — idea stage, rebuild, or scaling an existing product. We’ll tell you what it actually needs.
